PRIVACY POLICY

The Privacy Policy of www.logisticssewa.com (hereinafter referred to as “portal ") detailed herein below governs the collection, possession, storage, handling and dealing of personal identifiable information/data and sensitive personal data (hereinafter collectively referred to as “information”) of the users of the portal.

  • We retain user’s provided Information for as long as the Information is required for the purpose of providing services to you or where the same is required for any purpose for which the Information can be lawfully processed or retained as required under any statutory enactments or applicable laws. In case you would like to receive a copy of our information held by us for porting to another service, please contact us with your request at the email address above. Users may also choose to delete or deactivate their accounts on the portal.
    First, Users can Raise the Ticket for account deletion or can email at the company's official email id : customercare@ebharatmart.in for account deletion And the user account will be temporarily deleted from our records . Users will have a time period of 7 days to restore the account. If User does not restore his account within the time period of 7 days then the user's account will be permanently deleted from the company's database. We will evaluate such requests on a case-to-case basis and take the requisite action as per applicable law. In this regard, please note that information sought to be deleted may remain with us in archival records for the purpose of compliance of statutory enactments, or for any other lawful purpose. Therefore, users are requested to carefully evaluate what types of information they would like to provide to us at the time of registration.

HOW USER CAN DELETE HIS PERSONAL INFORMATION

We retain user’s provided personal data ; name, phone number, email id for as long as the Information is required for the purpose of providing services to users or where the same is required for any purpose for which the Information can be lawfully processed or retained, as required under any statutory enactments or applicable laws. In case a user would like to receive a copy of his personal data or information held by us for porting to another service, please contact us with your request at customercare@ebharatmart.in Users may also choose to delete or deactivate their accounts and personal information on the portal by creating a ticket himself. Users can Raise the Ticket for account deletion or can email from his registered email id at the company's official email id : customercare@ebharatmart.in for account deletion and the user account and data will be permanently deleted within 24 hours from our records. We will evaluate such requests on a case-to-case basis and will take the requisite action as per applicable law. In this regard, please note that information sought to be deleted may remain with us in archival records for the purpose of compliance of statutory enactments, or for any other lawful purpose. Therefore, users are requested to carefully evaluate what types of information they would like to provide to us at the time of registration.
